About this item
The Baby Dhol is a scaled-down, child-friendly version of Assam's iconic Bihu drum, built with the same traditional construction in miniature. Hand-carved from Kothal (jackfruit) wood and finished with laced goat-skin membranes at both ends, it produces the familiar bright-and-bass tones of the full-size dhol, just softer and lighter. Perfectly sized for young hands to hold and play, it introduces children to Assamese percussion and Bihu rhythm while doubling as a charming decorative piece of folk craft for any home.

Colour/Look
Compact warm-brown wooden barrel with pale leather drumheads, scaled down but detailed like the full-size dhol.
