About this item

This Pitlol Glass 2 is a tall Assamese drinking glass handcrafted from brass (Pital) by artisans of Sarthebari and Hajo. It has a smooth, gently tapered body with fine engraved bands below the rim and a neat ringed foot that keeps it steady. The plain polished surface has a warm golden glow. It stands about 15 cm tall with a 9 cm mouth, a generous size for water, milk, lassi or buttermilk. Use it daily or bring it out for festivals and guests. A classic piece that complements traditional kansa and brass dinnerware and makes a thoughtful gift.
