The Jali Globe is a handwoven Assamese lamp shade made from sustainable bamboo by artisans of Northeast India. Fine bamboo strips form a wide, rounded dome with an even diamond jali (lattice) pattern that diffuses light softly and casts gentle patterns around the room. The open rim allows easy fitting as a bedside or table lamp or as a ceiling pendant over beds, dining tables and lounges. Measuring 24 x 71 cm and weighing about 200 g, it is light, sturdy and easy to install. An elegant, eco-friendly lighting gift for modern and traditional homes.
