About this item
This rectangular basket is handwoven from water hyacinth, the Pani Meteka plant of Assam, in a firm close weave. Two braided handles make it easy to carry and give it a charming rustic look. Measuring about 17 x 14 cm and 15 cm tall, it is ideal for gift hampers, fruits, toiletries, stationery and small household items. Its natural golden-brown tone adds warmth to kitchens, bathrooms and shelves. Plastic-free and sustainable, it is a practical storage solution and a lovely gift.
