About this item

This Pitlol Glass 3 is an Assamese drinking glass handcrafted from brass (Pital) by artisans of Sarthebari and Hajo. Its body is covered with a neatly engraved checked grid pattern between plain bands, and it rests on a sturdy ringed foot. The polished brass has a soft golden shine. It stands about 12 cm tall with a 9 cm mouth. Use it to serve water, milk, lassi or sherbet at home, during festivals or for guests. A decorative yet practical piece that pairs well with kansa dinnerware and makes a charming gift.
