About this item
Rang Ghar in Sivasagar is one of Asia's oldest surviving amphitheatres, built by the Ahom kings to watch sports and Bihu celebrations. This showpiece recreates the iconic two-storeyed pavilion in wood, hand-carved by artisans of Assam with its arched openings, side staircase and distinctive upturned boat-shaped roof. Finished in a brown polished finish, it measures about 22 cm long. A meaningful décor piece for shelves, office desks and showcases, and a souvenir for history lovers and visitors to Assam. As every piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, minor variations in colour, size and finish make each one truly unique.

Usage: A heritage showpiece for shelves, office desks and showcases, and a meaningful souvenir of Assam's history.Care: Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Keep away from water, moisture and direct sunlight. Apply a little wood polish occasionally to retain the natural shine.
