About this item
This hand bag is handwoven from water hyacinth, the Pani Meteka plant of Assam's wetlands, by local artisans. Shaped as a half-moon bag with round cane ring handles, it is brightened with white and pink floral embroidery with green leaves stitched by hand. Measuring about 31 x 22 cm, it holds a phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses and small essentials. Light, sturdy and plastic-free, it pairs beautifully with summer dresses, kurtas and ethnic wear.
