About this item
This doll set captures the spirit of Bihu, Assam's most loved festival. A male Bihuwa in a white dhoti and red gamosa plays the Dhol, while a female Nasoni in a red and gold mekhela chador holds a colourful Japi. The handcrafted figures are protected inside a clear glass display case with a black base and trim, keeping them dust-free. Measuring about 30 x 19 x 30 cm, it makes a charming centrepiece for showcases and living rooms, and a memorable gift from Assam. Being handcrafted, slight variations in colour, size and pattern make each piece unique.
